New year means a new closet! Think sustainable this year and join us on January 21st 3- 7 pm to swap and shop your 2023 closet!
Here's how it works : The event will be divided into 2 different sections, swapping and shopping. All are welcomed to participate in each event.
Swapping:
Clothes shopping has never been more fun!
Grab a ticket to get swapping. Once you get a ticket, you will receive a tote bag to stuff the bag as full as you can with your items! ( how big are the totes?? Oh I tested it for you - fits one pair of jeans, one bulky sweater and 3 tops in a bag! That's 4 outfits for as low as $10! Once your bag is full, you can get another bag !
General admission swap tickets are $20 , and First Dibs tickets are $35 . Want a discounted ticket? Donate at least 10 items ( or more ) to get $10 off for either ticket type! Read below for donation information.
Donations:
Donate 10 items or more and get $10 off your ticket. You are able to just donate and not swap, or to swap and not donate. Or you can donate and swap ( the possibilities are endless!)
We are accepting womens clothes, mens clothes, and baby clothes at the event. No kids clothes, undergarments or socks. ALL CLOTHES MUST BE CLEAN. All donations must be in a bag or tote.
Donation drop offs include : Ten 20 Brewery . Middletown Peddlers Mall, Clarksville Peddlers Mall. Donation sites will be marked, and donations are no longer accepted one week before the event.
When you drop off your items, make sure they are cleaned and bagged, at leasat 10 items, and includes the following information : Your name and email , for us to send you your discount code for the event. If this is not included then you will not receive a discount.

Shopping:
Admittance to the shopping portion of the event is FREE for all to come and enjoy! There will be 20 vendors offering second hand, vintage, and locally made artwork and goods. There will be a photo booth space with a professional photographer, tarot readings, and a LIVE DJ spinning vintage vinyl.
All items not swapped will be donated after the event!
What is the Somebody Society
The Somebody Society is a social club made to make friends through fun events. We host monthly events, mostly with themes, to encourage people to meet those they might not normally have the chance to meet. At our events we work to support local businesses and bring them in the eyes of future clients or customers .

What is Hard Time Collective?
Hard Times Collective is currently a pop up market experience that we host for local artisans and secondhand/vintage clothing resellers. HTCo is opening a permanent brick and mortar space, as well, as an online ecommerce platform in early spring 2023 (tentatively hoping for February or March). Our building space is currently getting rezoned from residential space to commercial, and we are at the mercy of the Louisville Metro government timeline for that to get finalized before we can open. Wish us luck!

Event Location
Join us at Ten20 brewery in Nulu for this event! Grab a beer or mixed drink from the bar, have dinner from either of the two permanent restaurateurs (Mozzapi and Happy Belly Bistro), and come sip, shop, and swap with us!
